For our new antenatal weekends we are thrilled to invite you to Foxhills, a well known luxury health club in Surrey for a weekend of antenatal classes, relaxation and the opportunity to spend time together as a couple looking forward to the busy and exciting times to come.

Only an hour away from London, Foxhills is a luxury independent hotel and spa which has received acolades from far and wide following it's recent overhaul.

We know your time is precious, by completing your antenatal course over one weekend you won't need to commit to several evening sessions over the course of six to eight weeks, unless that is something you wish to do additionally.

Arrive at your leisure on Friday and spend the afternoon in the spa or on the golf course before chosing from one of the restaurants to dine in ... unless of course you want to choose a DVD from the in house library and order some room service!

On Saturday we will start our session at 10am and you will meet the rest of your group - we have limited class sizes of 7 couples for maximum benefit. This session will focus on labour plans, birthing positions and different types of pain relief etc. After a break for a buffet lunch we'll reconvene for the afternoon session, finishing at 6pm so that you can have the chance to get changed for a more formal dinner or pop for a swim...the choice is yours.

After breakfast on Sunday we will meet up for the penultimate session, talking about the postnatal period, breastfeeding and other tips on coping with your new baby. Breaking at one for the famous carvery lunch you are welcome back at three for the question and answer session before setting off home, relaxed and excited.

We have limited the class sizes to just 7 couples. This allows Jane to spend time with each couple and enables you to get the most out of every session.
